1. Who provides this service

ICAO Photos (icaophotos.com) is operated by Arif Ali, an individual (sole proprietor). ICAO Photos is an independent service. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), any government, embassy or passport office.

2. What you buy

ICAO Photos creates digital photo files from a photo you upload, in the size and format of the document you select: a digital file for online applications and a 4 × 6 in print sheet. You see a free watermarked preview before you buy. Not for German passports, ID cards or electronic residence permits (German authorities accept only digitally transmitted photos from registered providers for these).

3. Price and payment

The price is $7.99 per photo, paid once. There is no subscription and no hidden charge. Payment is processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record; depending on your country, sales tax may be shown at checkout.

4. Delivery

After payment the files are available to download for 24 hours and are sent to the email address you used at checkout.

5. Photo checks

Our automated checks compare your photo with ICAO Doc 9303 and the published requirements we have recorded for the selected document. The receiving authority alone decides whether a photo is accepted, and we cannot guarantee that decision.

6. Refunds

If an official government authority, passport office or consular post rejects your photo because it does not meet a photo requirement (for example size, head position, background or lighting), we refund your full purchase price. Email us within 30 days of purchase with your order number and the rejection notice (letter, email or screenshot). Rejections for other reasons, such as missing documents or eligibility, are not covered. Refunds are made through Dodo Payments to the original payment method. See the refund policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.

7. Your photo

Only upload photos of yourself or of people who have agreed (for a child, its parent or guardian). You may use the files for any private purpose.
