Passport photo print sheet maker

Put your passport, visa or ID photo on one sheet of paper, as many copies as fit, at true size with cut guides. Arranging is free; the finished sheet costs $7.99. Bought a photo here? The sheet builder is already included on your download page.

How it works

  1. Choose a photo. It stays in your browser; nothing is uploaded before you pay.
  2. Pick the photo size (35 × 45 mm, 2 × 2 in, 33 × 48 mm, 50 × 70 mm or your own) and drag the frame so the face sits where you want it.
  3. Choose the paper (4 × 6 in, 5 × 7 in, A4, US Letter), the number of copies and whether to add cut guides. The preview updates as you go.
  4. Download: after payment we lay out your photo at 300 ppi on our server and you download the sheet and a single copy. A copy also arrives by email; the files are deleted after 24 hours.

Paper sizes

Photos are never shrunk to squeeze more onto a page: each one prints at its true size, with 3 mm margins and gaps. A 4 × 6 in sheet holds four 35 × 45 mm photos or two 2 × 2 in photos; A4 and US Letter hold many more. The tool shows the maximum for the size you choose.

Good to know

The print sheet uses your photo as it is. If your photo still needs a white background, the right head size or a check against your country’s rules, make it with our photo tool first: the finished photo includes a 4 × 6 in sheet and this sheet builder for free.

Frequently asked questions

Anything else? Write to us at support@approvavisa.com.

What does the print sheet cost?

Arranging and the watermarked preview are free. Downloading the finished sheet costs $7.99 once (the same price as a photo), with no subscription. You get the sheet at 300 ppi without watermark plus one copy of the photo on its own.

I already bought a photo here. Do I pay again?

No. After you buy a photo, the download page has the same sheet builder for your photo at its exact document size, free: choose the paper and the number of copies and download the sheet.

Does this check my photo for the passport rules?

No. The print sheet lays out the photo you choose exactly as you frame it; it doesn’t change the background or check the photo. To check a photo and get it cut to your document’s size, use the photo checker first.

How do I print it at the right size?

Print on the paper you chose at 100 % (“Actual size”), never “Fit to page”. For 4 × 6 in and 5 × 7 in, a photo lab or pharmacy kiosk prints them as normal photo prints. Measure one photo with a ruler before you cut them all.

What if something is wrong with the file?

Write to us with your order number. Because the sheet is made from your own photo as you arranged it, the photo-rejection refund doesn’t apply, but if the file is faulty we fix it or refund you.

Need the photo itself?

Make a photo with the right size and background first. The sheet builder is included free.
